"Caste" Book Discussion
Oct 20, Dec 8, Jan 12 at 7pm

We invite St. Pauls members to read a new “instant American classic,” Caste: The Origins of Our Discontents. In Caste, Isabel Wilkerson examines the often unspoken caste system that has shaped America and shows how our lives are still defined by a hierarchy of human divisions. Beautifully written and published in August 2020, Caste is a best seller and a 2020 selection of Oprah’s Book Club. As part of St Pauls on-going discussions of white privilege and racism, St. Pauls members will lead three structured Zoom discussions of the book (divided into 3 sections). Following discussions will be on December 8 and January 12, 2021. Please contact Rick Peterson,, for further information.
