Saint Pauls Chancel Choir consists of enthusiastic amateurs with section leaders who are professional singers. Except for a brief summer hiatus, the choir participates in worship every Sunday and at special services throughout the church year. Both classical and contemporary anthems are performed as well as music from many cultures such as African-American spirituals, Gospel music, German chorales, and Jewish liturgical pieces. Twice a year, the choir performs a major choral work. Recent examples include Faure's Requiem, Leonard Bernstein's Chichester Psalms, Haydn's Lord Nelson Mass, and Rutter's Gloria.

St. Pauls Intergenerational Orchestra welcomes musicians of all abilities! Participants range from 5th or 6th graders through seasoned professionals. Scheduled to perform at the 11:00 AM Sanctuary Service twice a year, the orchestra rehearses for three to five weeks prior to the performance date.
Dedicated in 1959, Saint Pauls' Aeolian-Skinner pipe organ was the gift of Margaret Sexton, who also endowed a fund for its maintenance. The impressive instrument has been played by many well-known musicians, including Virgil Fox, Jean Langlais, Catherine Crozier and Marie-Claire Alain.
