2010-2011 Church School Registration

FOR St. Pauls Children who are 2 and 3 years old (primary class) and for children in Grades JK/KINDERGARTEN through SIXTH GRADE.

Please register your church school aged children up through 6th grade by clicking on the following link: http://spucc.sparksundayschool.org . Fill out the REQUEST AN ACCOUNT information. No need to wait for access permission. Enter your email address and password and LOG IN to SPARK ONLINE. Complete the profile for ONE PARENT ONLY. Add kids as FAMILY MEMBERS, SAVE. REGISTER KIDS for appropriate OPEN EVENTS. CLICK on EDIT REGISTRY to complete Registration.


FOR St. Pauls Students in SEVENTH GRADE through TWELFTH GRADE.

REGISTRATION FORMS have been sent as an attachment to each church school household with young people who are in 7th through 12th grade. If you wre unable to download and/or fill out the forms, please click on "HERE" in step 1.

Step 1 - The 2010-2011 forms can be found by clicking here . Forms may be completed online. To return completed forms, click on the SUBMIT FORM prompt. Replace the FROM email address from Sharons to your own. Replace Sharon Phillips with your FULL NAME and click SEND

If you have trouble with this method, just save the form and return it per the instructions in step 2 below.
 

Step 2 - Return all forms by or before TBA (or ASAP) via mail, fax,  email, or simply drop them off at the church.
