2009-2010 Church School Registration

REGISTRATION FORMS were electronically mailed to each church school household this year as we experiment with a new Adobe Acrobat program that enables us to create fillable-forms.   If you were unable to download and/or fill out the forms, please click on the "here" in Step 1.  Thank you for your forbearance as we continue to work out the kinks in this new method.

Step 1 - The 2009-2010 forms can be found by clicking here. Note that you can fill the forms out online (after you click on it) and you can then immediately send it via clicking on the submit form prompt while in Adobe Acrobat reader. If you have trouble with this method, just save the form and return it per the instructions in step 2 below. 

Step 2 - Return all forms by or before Sunday, September 13, 2009 (or ASAP) via mail, fax,  email, or simply drop them off at the church.
