St. Pauls Women’s Group provides opportunities for women of all ages to come together for spiritual, social and service activities. Meet for knitting/crocheting and fellowship on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, making shawls and other projects. Women's workshops with Fredda

Fredda of Fredda ID (www.FreddaID.com) brings us monthly workshops in her The Challenge of Authenticity™ series.  In these workshops Fredda serves as a catalyst for a shift in consciousness, teaching us how to live a more powerful and authoentic life.  Through interactive coaching we'll begin the process of developing a style and energy that is reflected in personal appearance, the way we deal with others, and how we live and work.  The cost is $30 per session which includes refreshments.  Saturdays March 13, April 24, May 22 from 9:30 AM till noon.
