Neighborhood Construction Updates

We will continue to pass along information in our Friday emails when we receive it from McCaffrey regarding the CMH Redevelopment. Any information St. Pauls receives is sent to us via a publicly available email list. If you would like to receive up-to-the-minute information from the McCaffrey website, you can do so by visiting mi-cmh.com and clicking on project updates in the top right corner.

The status of the "Lincoln Common" parking lot (formerly known as the CMH parking lot) is changing. Beginning on July 1, the lot will become a pay lot. However, Saint Pauls worshipers will be able to park free of charge from 8:00 until 1:00 on Sundays. We don't yet know the mechanism through which fees will be waived. As soon as we do know, we'll share the information. For now, the good news is that we will continue to receive free Sunday morning parking. If you're interested in parking in the lot during other hours, please find the rate schedule here.

The developers, McCaffery Interests and Hines Interests, will be providing weekly updates regarding work schedules, street closures, and extended work hours. Please sign up to receive email updates at the development company's website, We will also continue to keep you as updated as possible as we receive news.

Ald. Michelle Smith's website will also keep us informed.
